A few weeks ago I ordered a Recesky DIY Twin Lens Reflex.
Long story short, the kit was missing a piece, i got a refund and ordered another kit.
On the second try, the kit was complete. The Recesky is a fun DIY toy/lomo camera, not hard to assemble and looks really good.
Focusing looks a little hard to get used to since the image on the viewfinder isn't perfectly clear. I only tried indoors (low light conditions don't help), but I also noticed some people complaining about the same issue on the web. But hey, this is lomography... doesn't need to be perfect!

So? How are my readers?
I know I've been a little quiet, but I ran away for a week (on vacations with my girlfriend), meanwhile, the vacations are over and I'm back at home.
Between chilling at the swimming pool, visiting places, going to the bar for a drink, and all that tourist stuff, there was also time for geocaching and photography (being most of the photos taken while geocaching).

So, here's some updates...
This week i bought a new camera (still love my 10d but it needed a younger and more high tech friend), the chosen one was the Canon 7D. I was playing with it, you know, testing the new "toy", testing different features, the noise at high ISOs, and all that, while my girlfriend was making some treats for us. I had a request for a photo for MacJanta, a portuguese apple users meeting.
They wanted a apple style photo but with a fork and a knife, i had a session with my black macbook and cutlery from my home and the chosen photo was the one present in this post.
